Eligibility:
Individuals in need of assistance with utility bills. Eligibility
based on household income. Call your utility company or CEO for
eligibility requirements.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (Closed from 12:00pm to
1:00pm)

Intake Procedure:
Customers can pick up/drop off an applications at the CEO main
office in Wilkes Barre. Also both PPL and UGI Utilities have an
online application process. Call PPL/UGI or CEO main office to
inquire about the programs.
Intake Requirements:
Complete application. Need to submit photo id, provide name/ss
numbers for all household members and income for the past 30 days
from the application.
