Intake Procedure: Call 610-683-7790 and schedule an intake with a case manager. Ongoing application process.
Intake Requirements: Need ID for household, address from bills or other document and income for household
Geographical Area: Rural Berks County, specifically Northeastern Berks, encompasses the boroughs and townships of the Kutztown, Fleetwood, and Brandywine Heights school districts along with neighboring towns.
