Provides special needs, domestic and international adoption services and placements. Licensed provider of adoption home studies.

Provides foster care placement services. Short-term placement options such as shelter or respite foster care, and long-term options such as specialized/intensive foster care are included.

Family Visitation/Transportation Program provides transportation and supervision of visitations between children in substitute care and their non-custodial parents/relatives.
