Woodlyn Campus - Family Group Decision Making

Brings together family and friends to support and help parents and caregivers develop a plan for the future of their family. Helps youth to take responsibility for their actions and gives families decision-making power in issues that affect them. Provides trained facilitators to provide a safe space to ensure every voice is heard to:
* Enable youth to take control of their own lives
* Help youth to create a hopeful plan for the future
* Build collaborative relationships with service providers
