Holicong - Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP)
Provides free transportation to participants of the Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP). Covered rides are for health care service that is covered by Medical Assistance, including appointments with a doctor, dentist, psychologist or psychiatrist, drug and alcohol treatment clinics, or with any other Medical Assistance provider. You can also use this service to go to the pharmacy for prescriptions, to the hospital for tests, or to get to medical equipment suppliers.

Eligibility: Participants of the Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP) or membership in a Medicaid MCO (managed care organization). Limited service available to those with medical assistance that do not belong to an MCO.
Hours: Office/Scheduling/Intake Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Service Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm
