NKCDC has a team of HUD-certified housing counselors who are able to provide a very wide range of free housing services, including: first-time homebuyer counseling; foreclosure and sheriff sale prevention; rent, mortgage and utility assistance; property tax and rent rebates; financial education. Also help clients build budgets and credit, and can connect people to affordable home repair.
