Philadelphia - Jubilee Center Adult Day Care
Provides adult day center services to Asian-American and other seniors with limited English proficiency in the Greater Philadelphia Region. Staff led by a registered nurse. Services include cultural activities, socialization opportunities, health screenings, exercise, and an Asian lunch. Provides free transportation for eligible participants.
