Eligibility:
Children ages 8 to 17 with a primary diagnosis of epilepsy who
can perform all activities of daily living independently (eating,
bathing, dressing, and basic hygiene)
- All applications undergo Medical Committee review for eligibility.

Fee Amounts:
There is no application fee but, if accepted, there is a
registration fee of $350. Full and partial scholarships are
available for eligible applicants through the EFEPA.
