Provides programs before and after school, during holidays, emergency closings and summer camp for six to twelve year olds.

Eligibility: School-Age programs are offered for children who attend Moore or Farrell Elementary Schools in Northeast Philadelphia. Before Care (6:30 -8:30 am) is only offered at Paley for children who attend Farrell. Care is available during public school holidays at the Paley Center.
Hours: Normal Hours: 6:30am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday
Covid Hours: 7:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday
