Provides youth and young adults ages14 to 26 who are impacted by or perpetrators of gun violence with an opportunity to receive paid employment training, skills, and mentorship. Services includes paid job training with local businesses for 3 to 6 months, wraparound support services, job coaching, and monthly community events driven by youth to foster community cohesion.
