Doylestown - Housing Rehabilitation Program
Provides loans up to $15,000 to lower income homeowners for the repair and rehabilitation of their home. If lead paint removal is involved, assistance may increase to $30,000. Eligible activities for assistance include weatherization, improvements to bring property to code, and/or to make it more accessible.

  • Residents of Bucks County
  • Minimum of one-year ownership or residency in the home
  • Must meet household income criteria
  • Have no more than $10,000 in assets ($20,000 limit for older adults and individuals with disabilities)
