First Saturday of the month, 9:00am to 1:00pm

Intake Procedure: Case managers can book an appointment for their clients on the website.
If you do not have a case manager through a nonprofit agency, please fill out the form on the website and the HELP Center will contact you as soon as possible.
Intake Requirements: Must fill out demographic form at time of appointment.
Case managers must attend the appointment with their client.
