Maternity Care Coalition - Pottstown - Early Head Start
Offers free linguistically and culturally-appropriate health services, education, and social services to pregnant women, children ages 0 to 3, and their families.
Services include weekly home visits providing education and support services during pregnancy through baby's third birthday; education and family support services for families with eligible children at state licensed child care center; services to children with disabilities; and connections to resources for healthcare, housing, and emergency supplies.
