Special Efforts Accessibility Transportation System (SEATS)
COLTS provides origin to destination service for people. If necessary, COLTS drivers can help you to the door. All COLTS vans are equipped with a lift to assist in accessing the vehicle if the lift and vehicle and physically accommodate the customer. The vans also have safety straps for mobility devices.

Eligibility: Anyone whose disability prevents them from independently using COLTS bus service. Origin and destination must be within three-quarters (3/4) of a mile from a regular COLTS' fixed bus route.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 5:30am to 12:55am; Saturday, 7:45am to 12:55am
