Towanda - Counseling
Provides counseling on-site and off-site to meet the needs of an individual or family dealing with domestic violence, sexual violence, bullying, hate crimes, human trafficking, child abuse/neglect, elder abuse. In person as well as phone counseling are available.
Eligibility: Victims of abusive relationships and their families.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
