In addition to classroom teachers, service to students is provided by district administrators, two district librarians, learning specialists, reading specialists, counselors, psychologists, two nurses, and speech and hearing specialists. Paraprofessionals provide additional assistance in our schools. The District contracts some Special Education services from BLaST Intermediate Unit.

- 1.Birth certificate or passport
- 2.Last report card/HS transcript from previous school
- 3.Immunization record (see below)
- 4.Copy of your child's IEP (if applicable)
- 5.Custody documentation (if applicable)
- 6.two (2) forms of proof of residency â one copy of a deed, a lease, a landlord statement, or a utility statement, AND one copy of photo identification: a Pennsylvania driverâs license or a Pennsylvania identification card

7th Grade additional requirements:
1 dose of tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis (Tdap)
(if 5 years has elapsed since last tetanus immunization)

- 4 doses of tetanus* (1 dose on or after the 4th birthday)
- 4 doses of diphtheria* (1 dose on or after the 4th birthday)
- 3 doses of polio
- 2 doses of measles**
