Fee Amounts: Accepts a variety of private insurance policies, Medical Assistance, County funding, and self pay.
Intake Procedure: Call for appointment.
Intake Requirements: Self referrals and referrals from: hospitals, inpatient chemical dependency programs, educational institutions,county drug and alcohol authorities, employee assistance programs, medical and personnel departments, social service & mental health agencies, Physicians and clinicians, Clergy, the legal system, and concerned friends and family members.
Geographical Area: Adams, Clinton, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lebanon, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Schuylkill, and York counties
