Salvation Army - East Stroudsburg - CAP Program Assistance
Provides assistance for completing applications for the
CAP UGI (Gas) Assistance Program. Program offers qualified low-income customers assistance in managing their gas utility bill. Provides a personalized monthly payment based on income and average bill. Past due debt forgiveness with on time monthly payments is available for those eligible. The difference between the CAP payment and the actual usage bill may also be forgiven.

Eligibility: Active residential service. Verified household income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. All applicants are reviewed to ensure customer meets PUC requirements.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
