Milton - Project ELECT
A free program that provides counseling, intensive case management, health education, child development and parenting skills training, as well as career awareness and job-readiness training to pregnant and parenting teens in high school or alternative settings. Services are provided to mothers and fathers.

Eligibility: You can join Project ELECT at any time. To be eligible, you must be a pregnant or parenting teen under the age of 21 and enrolled in school or a GED® or HiSET® program (or want to return to school). You must also live in either Columbia, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder or Union county.
