Provides transitional housing and supportive services to homeless families. Not an emergency shelter- must apply for admission to this program. All residents are encouraged to stay a prolonged period of time (6mos-1yr). Residents must follow strict rules and maintain or actively seek employment. Random drug testing is conducted.
