Oppenheim Healthy Aging Campus - Farmers Market Voucher Program
Provides eligible seniors with vouchers for fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables. Under the program, each qualifying individual will receive five (5) $10 vouchers to redeem at a local approved Farmers' Market.

Eligibility: Lackawanna County residents who will be 60 or older by December 31, 2024. Must meet income guidelines based on 2024. Total household income: 1 person: $27, 861; 2 people: $37,814; 3 people: $47, 767; 4 people: $57,720; 5 people: $67,673; 6 people: $77,626: 7 people: $87,579; 8 people: $97,532
Hours: Distribution will begin in June 2024 and will be in person only (no mailing).
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Vouchers are offered once a year.

Intake Requirements: No application necessary just proof of address and age. Bring ID or documentation proving residency and age.

Helpful Tips: If eligible senior cannot attend a distribution event, a proxy can act in their place with a competed proxy form. Blank Proxy forms are available to print on the website and can be mailed upon request. A person may be a proxy for up to four (4) persons. Proxy form can be found on website or by calling 570-963-6740 ext. 1444
