Easterseals Eastern Pennsylvania - Berks Division - LEAP
An employment preparation experience for high school students with disabilities, ages 16-21, who attend school and are eager to work and earn a paycheck. It combines workplace and independent living skills instruction with paid work experience to provide participants with the skills they need to transition more successfully into adulthood. Groups meet for five Saturdays for interactive curriculum and coaching in the morning followed by an afternoon of paid workplace experience in the community.

Eligibility: Students with disabilities, age 16-21 and enrolled in high school are eligible to participate. They do not need to be enrolled in waiver, OVR or other funding in order to participate.
