Fee Amounts: Sliding scale based on income, typical round trip fees are $10 for members, $15 for nonmembers. Call for details.
Intake Procedure: Advance reservation required. Call well in advance to inquire about availability. Scheduling of medical transportation is very limited, based on availability.
