Eligibility: Residents of West Chester zip codes 19380, 19381, and 19382 who meet income guidelines
Hours: Tuesday, 8:30am to 11:30am and 2:00pm to 7:00pm; Thursday and Saturday 8:30am to 11:30am;
Wednesday 2:00 to 7:00 pm. Express service is available to pick up a just few items on Monday and Friday, 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
