Eligibility:
- Experiencing Homelessness
- Resident of Berks County for at least 90 days
- At least one minor child in custody
- Clean history of violent crimes
- Successfully pass a child abuse clearance
- Drug and alcohol free program
- Actively seek, gain and maintain employment
- Actively pursue a GED or education as appropriate
- Comply with program rules and guidelines
