Maintains county-wide leadership in the development and implementation of policies, programs, and a system of prevention and intervention services that prevent the onset of illegal alcohol, tobacco and drug use, problem gambling and gaming, and treatment services that promote recovery from addiction to all substances.
Provides Naloxone kits for Berks County residents and businesses, requested at: cocaberks.org/narcan, that can be picked up at the RISE Center, Hispanic Center or at the COCA office.

Individuals, schools, and community groups requesting prevention services are referred to contact the Council on Chemical Abuse Prevention Program at 610-376-8699.
Call for information on free smoking cessation classes.
Individuals in need of drug and alcohol treatment are referred to TASC (Treatment Access Services Center) at 610-375-4426
