Serves as a community-based residential treatment and rehabilitation facility that provides services for chemically dependent persons in a supportive and chemical-free environment. Provides a live in/work out environment with a typical length of stay being 3 to 6 months. This is a voluntary program consisting of 40 residents.

Eligibility:
  • Adults age 18 and older who are recovering from alcohol/drug addiction
  • Must have private and public funding sources verified
  • Must meet the 3.1 level of care based on the ASA
  • Must have some experience in another type of drug and alcohol treatment center
Hours: General Admission: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm; Weekends can be scheduled by the Program Director

  • Current medication list
  • Current TB test results
  • Psychological evaluation, current ASAM, and current diagnosis
