Richard S. Csandl Recovery House - Restorative Intermediate Punishment Program
Provides a drug and alcohol treatment/criminal behavior program as an alternative to incarceration. Consists of up to 6 months of intensive residential in-patient treatment at Keenan House; up to 4 months residential programming at The Halfway Home of Lehigh Valley; 2 months (minimum) intensive outpatient treatment at Confront; and 8 months (maximum) outpatient treatment at Confront. After discharge, individuals receive 12 months of supervision.

  • Must participate voluntarily
  • Must be willing to receive treatment
