JCHAI At Home Program
Provides social workers to train members anywhere in the Philadelphia metropolitan area to live and work independently. Offers support in securing employment; transitioning from living with parents to living independently in an apartment; and creating exciting socialization opportunities, volunteer opportunities, and a customized plan to achieve independence.
