Provides individual living and vocational supports in an apartment community setting. Provides assistance with preparing dinner, maintaining apartments and personal hygiene, taking medications as scheduled, and involvement in community activities. On-site staff is present from 8:00am to 8:00pm during weekdays and available as needed on weekends, with 24/7 on-call staff as well.

Residents have the option of living with a roommate in a 2 bedroom apartment or living alone in a 1 bedroom apartment. Communal dinners are held nightly.
