Eagleville - Cheltenham Communities That Care (CTC)
CHELTENHAM COMMUNITIES THAT CARE (CTC) is an initiative that organizes the Cheltenham and West Oak Lane communities to reduce the risk factors that contribute to youth violence and substance abuse. Cheltenham CTC creates various strategies aimed at keeping youth safe and drug-free. Strategies applied include programmatic, environmental, and social marketing campaigns.
