Provides supervised housing/residential transitional living services to older adolescents in care of the child welfare or juvenile justice system.

Services include:

- Community group living

- Life skills (individual/group training)

- Assistance in developing and completing and individual plan for independence and permanency

- Individual apartments: Case Management Services provided
