Weatherization
Provides residential customers with the opportunity to reduce cooling and heating costs in their home by providing services through state and utility weatherization programs.
* Residential weatherization services are provided under the PPL WRAP program, FirstEnergy WARM program, UGI Low Income Usage Reduction Program and the PA Department of Community and Economic Development Weatherization Assistance Program.
*Manages the LIHEAP crisis program in Lehigh and Northampton counties. This program provides for repair or replacement of heating systems in cold weather emergency situations for qualified low-income households.
