Latinos for Healthy Communities Of NDTS
Provides health education, information and referral services targeted at the Latino community. Offers prevention education on drug/alcohol abuse and tobacco use and provides HIV testing, hepatitis testing and screening for chronic conditions such as diabetes. Individuals requiring other medical services are provided with referrals. Benefits check-up services are available to older adults. Community health worker conducts street outreach and home based health education services.
