Standardized and coordinated assessment and referral service for everyone who is seeking services from the network of homeless services.

Services include:
* Assist a household that cannot otherwise be diverted or prevented from homelessness connect with the shelter that best fits the household's needs and goals.
* Assist persons experiencing homelessness to be quickly re-housed and stabilized.
* Case management/Follow-up

Eligibility: Residency in, or some direct connection to Pequea Valley, Christiana, Gap, Gordonville, Intercourse, Kinzers, Paradise, Ronks, Salisbury who are literally homeless
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
