Provides care and education to develop each person to their fullest potential in 34 classrooms. Offers a Home Visiting program with weekly visits to pregnant mothers and/or children up to age three to support them in parenting and other goals.

Eligibility: Income and your child’s age are the primary ways to qualify. Must reside in Franklin County. Income guidelines: Children ages 0-3 (up to 100% of federal poverty guidelines) and children ages 3-5 (up to 300% of federal poverty guidelines).
