Intake Procedure: Appointment required
Intake Requirements: Depending on the individual client's situation, the following may be required: Photo ID for all adults in the household, paystub for 30 days of most recent income, SNAP or cash assistance print-out, SSI or SSD award letter, lease agreement, late or eviction notice, 2 months of bank statements, and most recent utility bill.
