Provides child care and early learning with age appropriate activities to children whose parents are employed or enrolled in full time job training or education programs. The program includes nutritious meals, snacks, and infant formula.

Also offers Parent Alliance, a comprehensive parenting program for all parents of children enrolled in the center and other families in the community as needed.
