Lancaster - Rental and Water Assistance
Provides limited financial aid (as funding is available) for partial rental assistance, first months rent and water assistance in emergency situations on a case by case basis. Rent can not be more than one month behind. Water can not have a shut off notice or owe more that $500. Does not cover the full amount owed. One time payment.

Eligibility: Financial Assistance: Lancaster County resident with lease or water bill in their name. Must have an income or pending income that covers rent and utilities each month.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 12:30pm and 1:00pm to 3:00pm

Intake Procedure: Applications can be picked up at Family Services Monday through Thursday, 10:00am to 3:00pm.
Applications are not accepted on Friday's due to the Food Bank Distribution
Intake Requirements: ID for everyone in household, proof of income, rent and utility bills
