Offers drop-in centers where individuals go during the day to develop social and interpersonal skills and to enhance their integration into their community. Skill building activities are available in the drop-in centers as well as social and recreational activities.

Intake Procedure: Referrals for the programs are generated through the Franklin/Fulton and Cumberland/Perry County Base Service Units (BSU). The County BSUs are the source for referrals to New Visions, Inc. In Franklin/Fulton Counties, the BSU is Service Access and Management, Inc. (SAM). In Cumberland/Perry Counties, the two BSUs are Holy Spirit Behavioral Health Center and NHS The Stevens Center.
