Subcontracting Employment Services
Programs include vocational training, job finding and support, enhancing skills for daily living, volunteerism, and activities. Job coaches guide and assist until each person can perform their job duties and becomes familiar with the culture of their employer. Once employed, follow-up services are provided to ensure the job experience is successful for the person and the employer.

Program is designed to support each person in developing meaningful relationships in their community through volunteerism, casual social gatherings, and planned activities. Individual Plans are developed based on each persons strengths, needs and desires. Every individual is supported to ensure their health, safety, and daily living needs are met at all times.
