Offers 120 fully-furnished single-room occupancy units for rent. Each floor also has a fully renovated bathroom, laundry room, kitchenette, lounge area, and vending facilities. A case manager and drug & alcohol counselor are available on-site to assist any resident requesting support. Emergency community shelter-type rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis with a referral from LifePath Ministries.

Helpful Tips: The YMCA also partners with the Housing Authority to provide 48 rooms dedicated to individuals receiving assistance from the Section 8 program. Unless partnered with the Housing Authority (in which case the rent amount would vary by person based on their criteria), a resident pays $300 per month for rent with a security deposit of $75. For men requiring immediate shelter, the YMCA has six emergency rooms available for residence up to 30 days.
