Helpful Tips:
The YMCA also partners with the Housing Authority to provide 48
rooms dedicated to individuals receiving assistance from the
Section 8 program. Unless partnered with the Housing Authority (in
which case the rent amount would vary by person based on their
criteria), a resident pays $300 per month for rent with a security
deposit of $75. For men requiring immediate shelter, the YMCA has
six emergency rooms available for residence up to 30 days.
