Intake Procedure: Walk-in for eye tests, appointment required for driving test. Tests can be scheduled by calling during normal business hours. Photo ID cards are also available on a walk-in basis. 4-year driver license and photo ID may be renewed via mail or online at pa.gov. Driver's license and Photo ID must be renewed every four years by mail. Senior citizens have the option of renewing every two years. Customers can schedule their road test via the Internet or by calling the call center.

Intake Requirements: Driver's License transfers from out of state, permits, 1st time ID cards require US government-issued birth certificates or valid US Passport or valid immigration documents, social security card. Proof of auto insurance and registration is required for the driving test. Voter ID: Social Security # and 2 proofs of residency (only good for voting)
