Intake Procedure: Receives referrals for services from the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, County Supports Coordinators and Case Managers and the Social security Administration's Ticket to Work Program. They also provide services to individuals who otherwise meet Goodwill's eligibility criteria but lack third-party funding. Individuals interested in services may contact them directly for more information.

Intake Requirements: Individuals must be at least 16 years of age for all services except benefits counseling (must be at least 14 years of age), have proper ID verification for employment (or the ability to obtain this documentation), be free of drug or alcohol abuse, not be a danger to herself/himself or others, and be actively involved in the service delivery process. All referrals for services much undergo a criminal background check in order to receive intensive services.
