State College - Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP)
Applicants may be eligible for up to 18 months of rental and utility assistance (combined). Total months of assistance are inclusive of all ERAP assistance received since the program opened in March 2021. There is no monthly cap on either rental or utility assistance.

Intake Procedure: All applications will be completed on-site during an intake with an Adult Services caseworker. Off-site or virtual intakes will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
