Altoona - Operation Our Town Charity/Foundation/Funding Organization
A grant cycle is held annually, open to non-profit organizations, schools, and government agencies to fund programs aimed at preventing and/or reducing drug abuse and/or crime in Blair County.

The following Roundtables also work on several focus areas to improve Blair County:
Community Revitalization, Criminal/Judiciary, Early Childhood Education, Faith-based, Housing, K-12 Education, Law Enforcement, Marketing, Northern Blair, and Pharmacy.
