A comprehensive information and referral program. The primary service is assessment of caller needs, followed by sharing of information about and referrals to appropriate resources that will address client needs, questions and concerns. Maintains an extensive database of health and human services, including non-profit agencies and government programs.

Additional services include:
- Production of the Where to Call Guide, a quick reference booklet of Lancaster County resources.
- Website that showcases resources for each county served by PA 211 East
- Compilation of seasonal resources, i.e. holiday and utility programs
- Centralized intake for anyone experiencing homelessness in Lancaster County
