Serves families at risk of or experiencing homelessness in Chester County. Partner families benefit from a network of Christian faith volunteers, financial assistance, and intensive case management as they work to find housing and achieve long term stability.

NOTE: Does not offer emergency housing or emergency rental or utility assistance.
Eligibility: Single women, age 18+, with one or more dependent children in Chester County
