Virtual Resource - Chester County Coordinated Entry Line
Provides a single point of contact for all coordinated entry housing and shelter needs in Chester County. Completes intake for services and provides referrals for appropriate housing resources.
Eligibility: Individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness whose last permanent address was in Chester County. OR individuals and families who are in Chester County and fleeing domestic/intimate partner violence and resided in another county prior to leaving the violent situation.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
