Weatherization services including, but not limited to: roof replacement, furnaces repair/replacement, windows, doors, insulation and ductwork. Work is completed through a contractor and financed through a 1% interest loan that covers the cost of repairs.

Eligibility: Must own and occupy a home in Allegheny county. Must meet income requirements and be approved for 1% interest loan from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency to cover the cost of the work.
